great location front desk quieter room broken heater late response loud knocks
The location was close to major sites and public transport. Customer service from the front desk staff was great and very personable. They helped with directions and storing our bags on our last day. I was given a quieter room towards the back and away from the lifts.
The room's heater did not work. It was freezing. I wrote them in the app, and they responded much later. It would have been nice to have had that done prior to our stay. We requested a late checkout, but housekeeping knocked loudly before the agreed time.

the location was convenient for my plans.. i appreciated the lobby coffee machine. the staff were courteous. the room was simple but a comfortable size and clean.

thin walls insecure codes
the staff was friendly enough, i guess.
The walls are thin. I could hear everything. conversations from the next room, street noise, even the plumbing sounded like it was in my room. also, the door code didn't work initially. I had to get a post-it note with different codes from the front desk. It didn't feel very secure.

thin wall noise issue
the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
The noise was a significant problem. I could hear everything from the adjacent room as if there was no barrier. the wall seemed thin, affecting my sleep quality during the nights i had inconsiderate neighbors.
