The location was close to major sites and public transport. Customer service from the front desk staff was great and very personable. They helped with directions and storing our bags on our last day.
The room's heater did not work. It was freezing. I wrote them in the app, and they responded much later. It would have been nice to have had that done prior to our stay. We requested a late checkout, but housekeeping knocked loudly before the agreed time.

the staff was friendly enough, i guess.
The walls are thin. I could hear everything. conversations from the next room, street noise, even the plumbing sounded like it was in my room. also, the door code didn't work initially. I had to get a post-it note with different codes from the front desk. It didn't feel very secure.

The noise was a significant problem. I could hear everything from the adjacent room as if there was no barrier. the wall seemed thin, affecting my sleep quality during the nights i had inconsiderate neighbors.

The hotel provided complimentary coffee near the lobby entrance, convenient. My room included a spacious bathroom and a large bathtub. Hot water was always available. The location was central. Good pizza, bars, and restaurants are all nearby. The staff were nice and helpful with my requests.
The walls felt a little thin. I could sometimes hear neighbors talking.
